Membership pays for Siftable's product and capacity. Variable managed services use a prepaid USD wallet, with an estimate before longer work and actual spend recorded after it finishes.
Workspace wallet first. If it cannot cover an eligible run, Siftable asks before using personal funds: Allow, Deny, or Always allow. Personal spending is never silent.
Control what can spend.
Add purchased USD funds without changing membership. Purchased funds roll forward while the account is active; promotional funds expire at the end of their grant period.

What does membership pay for?
Membership pays for the Siftable product, capacity, collaboration, governance, and support. Managed model and other variable third-party usage are funded separately from a USD wallet.
What happens when a workspace wallet cannot cover a run?
The workspace wallet is tried first. If personal fallback is eligible, Siftable asks the user to Allow, Deny, or Always allow personal funding for that workspace. Without consent, the run pauses; it never silently spends personal funds.
How is managed model usage priced?
Paid-member managed model usage is the successful provider cost plus 20%. Longer work reserves a visible maximum first, then settles actual usage and releases the remainder on completion or failure.
How do Model Connections affect billing?
Model Connections are feature-gated during rollout. When enabled for an eligible paid plan, your connected provider bills model usage and Siftable adds no model-inference fee. Separately funded Siftable tools or an explicitly authorized managed fallback can still use your Siftable wallet.
What happens to existing Founding customers?
Approved pre-cutover paying customers keep their existing recurring Stripe price while the subscription remains continuous and receive $15 of expiring promotional usage each month. Founding pricing is not a new public offer.
